All products sold by Chemical Services are for research purposes only. They are strictly not for human consumption or for any form of in-vivo research or experimentation. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that they have checked these terms & conditions before using any services and products displayed on this website. It is also the responsibility of the user to ensure that the contents of our products are legal to import and/or possess in your country or region.
Chemical Services reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is suspected of misuse of their products, with a full refund being given in this event if an order has been paid for but not sent. Users will be banned from the site in this case. Chemical Services deliver worldwide with one exception, we do not accept or entertain any orders from the U.S.A.
Chemical Services accept no responsibility for any packages once they have entered the postal system. If a package is lost within the postal system, Chemical Services do not offer any refund or compensation. The exception to this is when an order is made by a tracked method such as Recorded delivery, Special delivery, International Signed For and AirSure - orders posted with the aforementioned services will be replaced and reposted once only, free of charge in the event that they go missing, on confirmation by the Post Office/Royal Mail. Orders taken by customs are covered by our guaranteed delivery policy and will be re-shipped once only, any subsequent seizures are at the customer's risk and no refunds will be given.
Chemical Services do not accept returns under any circumstances.
All orders where we have received payment prior to 15:00 will be sent first class for delivery the next working day. Please note that if by any 'Act of God' for example snow or any other adverse weather conditions, our packages are delayed in the postal system we are unable to offer any refund on postage, this includes both Royal Mail 1st Class and any tracked method of postage.
Please also note that due to very strict anti-fraud measures all orders paid for by credit or debit card online or over the telephone can only be delivered to the card holders address. We do not allow a separate delivery address to be entered at checkout and any orders placed that request a different delivery address will either be refunded or you will be contacted by ourselves to request the product be sent to the cardholder address.
You agree that you will not hold the company liable for any harm resulting from improper use of any products sold. It is your responsibility to check that the contents of your order are legal to import, possess, and use for your intended purpose in your country or region. The company accepts no responsibility for any orders, or action taken in relation to the purchase or importation thereof. The products sold by the company are not intended for purchase, possession or use by any persons under the age of 18, and you agree that you are not under this age-limit, nor are you ordering on behalf of, or for supply to any persons who are. By ordering, you are confirming that that you are a bonafide research institute, a research scientist, or a student of chemistry. All compounds are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only, primarily reagent testing and GC/MS reference, in well-equipped facilities, with all necessary safety equipment and procedures in place. You also agree that you will undertake a risk assessment of the compounds and the way in which they are intended to be utilised, and will not proceed with, or allow, any actions to be taken which could cause damage or increased risk or harm of any kind to any persons or property.
You agree that you will implement strict procedures covering both handling and use of the substances within your organisation or facility, in order to prevent any improper usage or harm. You will acquire all necessary safety information prior to ordering, and label all materials as required. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you accept that you are either a research institution, chemistry student or facility. We do not allow or accept orders from anyone who is not one of the above.
